Mark is President and Founder of MIRUS Consultants. He has built a clientele that consists of individuals, families, non-profits and small business owners. His practice focuses on the advantages of asset management programs offered through Cetera Advisor Networks, LLC. Mark is also Chairman of the Board for the Lancaster City Parking Authority. He has been on the board since 2000 serving in various capacities and has been Chair since 2006; he also serves on the IPI Golf Committee supporting the CAPP Foundation.

Bobra Schultes is the Technical Sales Manager of POM Incorporated with over 39 years’ experience in the parking industry. She provides contract administration, training, and tech support to parking meter operators in the Northeast and western states, website admin, and advertising for POM. Bobra has been a PPA member since 2001, PPA Board member since 2010, and was Board President in 2016. Bobra Schultes has been active in IPI (IMPC) since 1984, and involved in CPPA, PAV, FPA, MAPA, NJPA, NJSLOM, NLC, NPA, and PIE as well.
Jamie is the Northeast Director of Enforcement Sales for IPS Group. He attended West Chester University in Pennsylvania, where he earned a BS in Computer Science. Jamie is a member of the Pennsylvania Parking Association, Parking Association of Georgia, Carolinas Parking Association, Mid-Atlantic Parking Association, New York State Parking Association, and the Parking Association of the Virginia's. He has been involved with the New England Parking Council as a Member and Board Member for the past 12 years and has witnessed remarkable growth within that organization. Charles is CEO of CurbTrac and a managing member of D&D Advisory Group, a parking and mobility consulting firm. He has extensive experience in the parking industry and is widely recognized as a technology and innovation leader. Prior to his current role, he served as SVP of sales and account management for Parkmobile, as director of municipal parking in State College, Pa., as well as positions in private operations. Michelle Porter is Director of Parking & Transportation Services, Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, since 2007. Michelle is also Coordinator of the Parking Advisory Board and liaison to the University Police, Facilities Management Services, and Campus Design and Facilities Development. Michelle holds a B.A. in Business Management, as well as the Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) certification through the International Parking Institute, and is a past Board Member for Women in Parking. Corinne O’Connor is proud to call herself an employee of the Philadelphia Parking Authority for twenty eight years. Ms. O’Connor was hired at the Philadelphia Parking Authority in May of 1990 as a Parking Enforcement Officer. In 1993, she was promoted to an Administrative Aide in the On Street Division. After several years she became an Analyst II to assist in the implementation of the Auction Department. At the same time the Live Stop program was quickly expanding to include the whole city, which resulted in many cars being impounded and auctioned. The auction department was formed and Ms. O’Connor became the Auction Manager. From 2004 to 2006 Ms. O’Connor held the position of Director of Enforcement, from 2006 to 2009 the position of On Street Director and from 2009 to the present has held the position of Deputy Executive Director. John is responsible for all activities of the Allentown Parking Authority, including providing customer service to the City’s 120,000 plus residents and parking enforcement of 18.5 square miles of streets.This also includes planning, directing and controlling the Authorities on-street 1,500 meters and pay stations and off-street public parking programs and facilities (7 garages & 29 surface lots),including parking meter and garage fee collection, PPL event parking, permits, maintenance activities, contracts and capital improvement programs.
