Mark Vergenes, President

Mark is President and Founder of MIRUS Consultants. He has built a clientele that consists of individuals, families, non-profits and small business owners. His practice focuses on the advantages of asset management programs offered through Cetera Advisor Networks, LLC. Mark also has a weekly radio show: MONEY MATTERS with Mark Vergenes airing every Wednesday on 720 AM (locally) or you can listen at  Mark is also Chairman of the Board for the Lancaster City Parking Authority. He has been on the board since 2000 serving in various capacities and has been Chair since 2006; he also serves on the IPI Golf Committee supporting the CAPP Foundation.

Sharon Field, Vice President

Sharon Field is the manager of Parking Services at Lehigh University.   She has been at Lehigh for 26 years and started in the Transportation Services department.  Sharon has been a PPA member for many years, and a Board member since 2015.  Email:

Ray Massing, Treasurer

Ray Massing was the Executive Director of the Erie Parking Authority. He was hired in 2001 as the operations manager and assumed his current role in 2004. He has served on the PPA Board of Directors for many years.

Bobra Schultes is the Technical Sales Manager of POM Incorporated with over 39 years’ experience in the parking industry.   She provides contract administration, training, and tech support to parking meter operators in the Northeast and western states, website admin, and advertising for POM.  Bobra has been a PPA member since 2001, PPA Board member since 2010, and was Board President in 2016.   Bobra Schultes has been active in IPI (IMPC) since 1984, and involved in CPPA, PAV, FPA, MAPA, NJPA, NJSLOM, NLC, NPA, and PIE as well.

Jamie Goff, Board Member

Jamie attended West Chester University in Pennsylvania, where he earned a BS in Computer Science.  Jamie is a member of the Pennsylvania Parking Association, Parking Association of Georgia, Carolinas Parking Association, Mid-Atlantic Parking Association, New York State Parking Association, and the Parking Association of the Virginia’s.  He has been involved with the New England Parking Council as a Member and Board Member for the past 12 years and has witnessed remarkable growth within that organization.   He looks forward to continuing the growth and enhancing the value of the NEPC to its members for years to come.  Jamie lives in beautiful Lancaster County Pennsylvania with his wife and 4 children.  Email:

Charles DeBow, Board Member

Charles is CEO of CurbTrac and a managing member of D&D Advisory Group, a parking and mobility consulting firm.  He has extensive experience in the parking industry and is widely recognized as a technology and innovation leader. Prior to his current role, he served as SVP of sales and account management for Parkmobile, as director of municipal parking in State College, Pa., as well as positions in private operations.  He serves on the IPMI Parking Technology Committee and is a frequent contributor to the IPMI magazine as well as the blog.  A graduate of Penn State University with a B.A. in Administration of Justice.  Email:

Michelle Porter, Board Member

Michelle Porter is Director of Parking & Transportation Services, Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, since 2007.  Michelle is also Coordinator of the Parking Advisory Board and liaison to the University Police, Facilities Management Services, and Campus Design and Facilities Development.   Michelle holds a B.A. in Business Management, as well as the Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) certification through the International Parking Institute,  and is a past Board Member for Women in Parking.  Email:

Corine O’Connor, Board Member

Corinne O’Connor is proud to call herself an employee of the Philadelphia Parking Authority for twenty eight years.  Ms. O’Connor was hired at the Philadelphia Parking Authority in May of 1990 as a Parking Enforcement Officer.  In 1993, she was promoted to an Administrative Aide in the On Street Division.  After several years she became an Analyst II to assist in the implementation of the Auction Department.  At the same time the Live Stop program was quickly expanding to include the whole city, which resulted in many cars being impounded and auctioned.  The auction department was formed and Ms. O’Connor became the Auction Manager.  From 2004 to 2006 Ms. O’Connor held the position of Director of Enforcement, from 2006 to 2009 the position of On Street Director and from 2009 to the present has held the position of Deputy Executive Director.  Email:

John Morgan, Board Member

John is responsible for all activities of the Allentown Parking Authority, including providing customer service to the City’s 120,000 plus residents and parking enforcement of 18.5 square miles of streets.This also includes planning, directing and controlling the Authorities on-street 1,500 meters and pay stations and off-street public parking programs and facilities (7 garages & 29 surface lots),including parking meter and garage fee collection, PPL event parking, permits, maintenance activities, contracts and capital improvement programs. The complete 8 plus million dollars financial budgeting and managing a staff of 73 at 8 different locations. The position interfaces frequently with public officials, local, county, state, federal agencies, and other public/private organizations.

Matthew Lohenitz, Board Member

Lohenitz Matt Police Lieutenant, Matt Lohenitz is currently the Records and Traffic Lieutenant for the City of Easton Police Dept. in Easton Pa.  He has worked in many aspects of police work during his 20 years in Law Enforcement. Presently, Matt oversees the parking operations in the city, is responsible for all records produced and retained by the Police Department and supervises both police and civilian staff. He coordinates with outside agencies, vendors and citizen organizations. Since Matt began working in Law Enforcement in 1995, he has worked for three agencies, the majority of that 20 years has been spent with the City of Easton. He worked as a uniformed patrol officer as well as a uniformed bicycle patrol officer until being promoted to Detective where he spent four years with the departments CID. From there Lt. Lohenitz was promoted to Sergeant of a patrol platoon and the Neighborhood Policing Program. In 2007, he promoted to Lieutenant of a Patrol platoon and in January 2012 was assigned to his current position.

Dawn Marti, PPA Association & Events Manager

Dawn Marti is the President and Owner of Newman Concepts. A parking association specialist, Dawn has provided association management, conference and event planning services to national state and regional associations in the parking industry for over 25 years.  She currently manages PPA in addition to 10 other State and Regional Parking Associations.
